IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- organize and coordinate the daily activities of the Quality Control Department
- train the employees of the Quality Control Department
- improve and document quality control processes
- resolve internal and external discrepancies and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- ensure compliance with the requirements of the integrated management system (ims) according to the standards lst en iso 9001, lts en iso 13485, lst en iso 14001, lst en iso 45001, and lst en iso 27001
- represent the company in external audits
- conduct internal audits
- analyze quality indicators and provide suggestions to your supervisor on how to improve them
- prepare activity reports for the quality control department
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- have higher education and not less than 2 years of similar managerial experience in a manufacturing company
- familiarity with quality control and assurance tools and the ability to apply them practically (FMEA, control plans, 8D problem solving, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
- ability to systematize and analyze data
- familiarity with LST EN ISO 9001/13485/14001/45001 standards
- experience in LEAN production management
- english language skills (speaking and writing - at B2 level or higher)
- communication skills, ability to think strategically and effectively manage your time resources
OUR OFFER
Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position starts from 20 Eur/h to 24 Eur/h (~3360 Eur – 4030 Eur) pre-tax, with bonus opportunities depending from work results.
* In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
